If using a GeForce 2 on a VIA chipset remember that you should DISABLE fast writes from what I've heard.
What brand hard drive is that? Maxtor & IBM's stuff is significantly faster than everybody else. You didn't specify RPM, so I'm assuming 5400. You should consider looking for a faster drive. Or two.
Remember that the Athlons seemed to have terrible power problems. I don't know if this is still present on the newer stuff. There is an 'approved' list of power supplies on AMD's site.
Also remember that AMD/NVIDIA is the worst platform in the world (except for really old stuff) for all Unreal based games. Unreal, UT, Deus Ex.
But those are good prices. Looks alright.
