still tired
picked up a box of something calling itself Sominex (diphenhydramine) in town today. hopefully it'll help me sleep. yay drugs.
chris moved the exam back to after break. I am quite pleased, for now all I have left this week is to sit through three more classes, do one homework assignment, and revise my vector project. wheeee lighter workload.
can't wait until break

here's a suggestion:

return the sleeping pills. go get the generic benadryll from health services, it's the same stuff. That's why benedryll makes people fall asleep. and yes, I know that I spelled benedryll two different ways.

Yay, that's Tylenol PM without the Tylenol :)

It works well, but sometimes if I use it multiple nights in a row, it stops working right.

Also, only use it if you can get a full 8 hours. Otherwise you'll be groggy all day.

I love tylenol PM. Mmm.

it stops working because sleep aids work on Gaba receptors and their effects are really really sensitive to tolerance. If you'll ever notice the night after you take the sleeping pill your insomnia will be a little bit worse.
