And apparantly, no buses go from Great Barrington to Boston without having to change lines several times, making a hypothetical Boston trip an expensive proposition. Bah, what am I going to do now?
There's a highway that goes straight from GB down into at least one town which is on the commuter rail. A little north of my town, try tracing that to a decent no-change bus line, then hop the train. Might not be available, but it might be.
