Damn midterms! I would have gotten to walk back to the transit station with her, but she needed to stay and study. Can't blame her.
Oh, well. She smiled at me; that made it, if not all right, much better. :)

I remember that perfectly well, thank you. And not to be snide, but this is one contest I don't mind losing at -all- - although we'll have to wait until after midterms to find out if I really lost or not. :)
