There, turns out my Mojo mp3cd player sounds fine plugged into one of the inputs of the Mighty Klipsches, and thankfully, I remembered to bring a handful of audio and (more importantly) mp3 CDs. Still don't have four-channel sound from it, but that's okay, because my rear sats aren't hooked up yet, due to lack of places to put them. Need to build speaker stands.

Having something besides silence and fan noise definitely helps

I declare Ziggy Stardust to be the album of this week, and possibly of this new dorm, for no other reason than that it feels right.
