Long day, did a lot of fibre stuff, and started putting together a new desk for Will and I. Manual labor isn't that bad, really..
Jaguar is interesting to work with. A fair number of things seem slower than 10.1.5, and some of the vaunted new features seem to need a great deal of work.
In addition, there's no documentation for the new LDAPv3 Directory Services authentication stuff, which is unfortunate as that's what I'm trying to get going.
Pity PADL isn't selling their NetInfo<->LDAP gateway software, I'd not mind having that as a backup option.

zackkain is apparantly arriving sometime tonight. I'm looking forward to seeing him again, and to some anime, probably. In the meantime, I think I'll go heat up another rice bowl and eat something vaguely resembling dinner.
