Thank you for your recent order for Verizon Online DSL service.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with DSL service at this time.


WTF?! We had DSL on that line three months ago! I KNEW this was going to happen...

Now I have to call them tomorrow and get this straightened out. Grr.
