yeah, in a little under an hour, I'll officially have lived through eighteen years.
and the universe has already delivered my first present: magus (my laptop)'s hard drive or ide controller is failing. have to call dell tomorrow about that (and pray it's still under warranty)

...hoping the rest of today will go more smoothly. eck.
