I was hoping that you would respond to this. Yes, there is something that you
+can do; you can do your response journals. If you do enough of them (the
+equivalent of at least three or four from each book), perhaps you will pull your
+grade up into the B range. Since I do not have much time to grade them at this
+point, why don't you write short, informal essays (1-2 pages) on each of the
+works that you never wrote response journals for (you only turned in R journal
+#2 (and there were 4). And be sure to send me these via email before school
+begins. Okay?
