Clarification
Dec. 13th, 2002 12:05 amOkay, let me clarify that last post a bit.
If (and ONLY IF):
1) you are using the e-mail address <your-aura-username>@wmute.net
2) you're using the URL http://wmute.net/~<your-aura-username>/ and stuff will break if that does
3) you are using aura in some other way which utterly depends on the address of wmute.net, aura.wmute.net, or such
THEN you need to inform me so I can make arrangements with the VM.
If you are using <your-aura-username>@aether.dhs.org, or http://aether.dhs.org/~<your-aura-username>/, or etc, or just using your shell on aura in the manner of UNIX shells, you do NOT need to do anything. aura is not going down, aether.dhs.org is not breaking, your shell is not being removed, etc, etc.
Just wanted to clear up any confusion
(the new logjam also apparantly overwrote my old trusty one when I wasn't looking. I still hate the new UI.)
Should really go finish my sem paper now, it's due today. Oh, and find out exactly what the titles of the papers for the panel I'm moderating are...
...yeah. Your mom.
