My verdict:
1) Anakin. AUGH. Can NOT ACT kill kill nngh
2) Dialogue for Amidala and Anakin - Again augh awful. She makes a decent effort at delivering it, but Anakin...#@%!%
3) Jar Jar manages to pack about half a movie's worth of suckage into what screen time he has.
4) The rest was cool, pretty much.
