Finally got the RMA form faxed in to Linksys - ended up having to send it to an 'eFax' number, as the fax number printed on the form was busy for TWO DAYS STRAIGHT.

Other things I learned today: Don't let Win2k clients do dynamic DNS updates. Ever. I had to rewrite my zonefile after what hyperion did to it...
