So, Comcast crapped itself; luckily, we were able to make father's Earthlink account work.
Though we have to use WinXP ICS to do it, as the laptop is the only machine in the house with a modem. :p

But we have internet again, woo.

(Update: Comcast says that it should be working again by Monday, but they also said that about midnight last night and before that...
At any rate, I'm doing my best. Really.)

Ahyeah, I still don't have e-mail, and neither does anyone else with an aura shell. Again, that'll be fixed once Comcast gets its act together.

Really hope it's back for tomorrow, NYE lan party with no broadband would be less fun.

I am a hip critter. I showed up fasionably late with Super Mario World and have started launching your own career since then. In maybe 10-15 years, my popularity will rival Mario's. Not that I'm competing with him. He's my bud. I'm good at getting and keeping friends, and they value me for that. After all, who else would carry them on their back through ice, fire, and rain? Sometimes I think I'm taken for granted, but I know that my friends have my back. Of course they do. Who would screw over Yoshi?
