Took most of the day, but credit card problem got cleared up - of course, it means that the ultra didn't get shipped on Friday.
Which means I probably won't get it until Wednesday or Thursday of next week. Which is bad, because I wanted to have it ready to just drop-in when I go home for break on Friday or Saturday...

Did I mention that magus's PCMCIA Ethernet card fucked itself sideways?
Yeah, well, it did.
So I had to revert to the D-Link 650 USB NIC, which works fine. Except that the switch says that it's connected at 100BT FDX, which is impossible, because USB is 12Mbps max...
Well, it works, so who cares.
