...what pisses me off is that it seems that he doesn't even care that he killed e-mail and web hosting for a significant number of people (including myself), killed my 'net connection for my entire family, and rendered it impossible for my father to send e-mail to and from work as well.

changed the permissions on nmap so only root and teferi can run it.
