Finally got through to jfreeman, woo. Everything is kind of a mess at va right now, though - the SF compromise reported on /. was only part of a larger crack - the mail servers there have been down for two weeks. But at least we have a line of comms now, and I still am hopeful for everything going well.

I'm honestly not that stressed about finals...good thing.
In other news: someone just turned on some kind of shitty pop on their discman and turned the volume up high enough that it's audible across the room. Through headphones!
